ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. — Elizabeth City State University (ECSU) will celebrate its 179th Commencement Ceremony Saturday, Dec. 14, at 9 a.m. in the Robert L. Vaughan Center, honoring a projected graduating class of 243 students. Dr. Jackie Walters, a renowned OB-GYN and Bravo’s "Married to Medicine" cast member, will deliver the keynote address. Known for her clinical expertise and dedication to women’s health, Walters brings both professional insight and personal resilience to the ECSU stage.
